- The level of installation usually is 850 mm and means height
upper edge of washstand above finished-floor level.
The walls have to withstand the occuring surface pressure stemming from the installation as well as from usage.
For sufficient stability of washstands an adequate load carrying capacity of the installation walls has to be statically ensured.
Some plaster building materials do not fulfil these requirements. This can be remedied by installing suitable under constructions. See adjoining sketch
Installation remarks for washstands of groups

- Bthese washstands are equipped with installation holes. Attachment with customary stone bolts and dowels. Number and grouping of installation holes to be seen in the sketches to dimension.
Washstands with backside
installation skirting:
- for the installation you need angle brackets and shelf cleats.
Kind, number and grouping of attachment depend on the fitting situation
(see exemplary sketch on the back).
On a trial basis install the washstand on the brackets and use the spirit level for control.
Connection wash stand/brackets:
the washstand needs to be glued in order to avoid displacing. Apply adequate construction glues (f.i. Sikaflex 252) on brackets and on the back of the washstand, and position on washstand.
The glue spots have to be free of dust and grease and have to be used according to the producer’s instructions (Primer, activator for Sikaflex 252).
