The guarantee
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mechanical influence or improper cleaning.
The temperature of the water must not exceed 55° C.
Hair dyers must be removed from the helopal - surface within a few seconds to avoid spots.
Every product is supplied covered with a protective film which should not be removed until after installation and before final cleaning.
For mounting of washstand, sanitary fittings and accessories recesses are foreseen in the protective film. Therefore a removal while works are still in progress is not necessary.
The guarantee does not cover damage occurring as a result of non-observance of this instruction and premature removal of the protective film.
